Our services are open to everyone in Bangladesh, regardless of age, gender, religion, or background. Most are free or very low-cost, with special focus on digital, mental wellbeing, economic, and youth needs.

Are your counseling and mental health services confidential?

Yes, completely confidential. We only share information in rare cases of immediate serious risk or legal requirement — limits are clearly explained at the start.

How do I get support for cybercrime or online issues?

Contact us immediately by phone, email, or in person. We provide free, confidential help including evidence collection, legal guidance, police assistance, and counseling.
